Ya os hemos hablado de las jornadas gastronómicas de Benidorm durante este año 2013. Ahora toca concretar en qué consiste cada una.
La primera cita gastronómica de la que podemos disfrutar es la II Jornadas Gastronómica de la Cuchara, que protagoniza por sus platos tradicionales. Así, entre el 4 y el 10 de marzo, los diferentes restaurantes ofrecerán guisos de cuchara para poder disfrutar de la cocina más tradicional en estas fechas y dan a conocer nuestra riqueza culinaria a los visitantes.
Este año participan un total de 19 restaurantes que son Barranco, Bar Angelillo, Casa Carmen, Condal, Esturión, Jardín Mediterráneo, Brasería Aurrera, La Cava Aragonesa, La Cuina de Ponent, La Ermita, La Familia, La Marina, La Sidrería Aurrera, La Taberna Andaluza, La Taberna del Colón, La Tapería Aurrera, Le Sol, Rías Baixas y Villa Venecia Hotel Boutique Gourmet A la Carta ‘Llum de mar’.
Entre los platos más típicos encontrareis revuelto de morcilla, ensalada de ahumados, patata gallega con bacalao y almejas, croquetas, cocido de pelotas, milhojas de hojaldre, torrija, profiteroles y mucho, mucho más.
