Ayer el mundo gastronómico se reunió en el hotel RH Bayren de Gandía para celebrar el 39 Concurso anual del fideuà.
Fue para nosotros fue todo un honor acoger un año más el certamen gastronómico de fideuá de Gandia, con una veintena de participantes.
Un buen comienzo para dar a conocer el plato estrella de Gandia, asociado al Nuevo Hotel Bayren.
Fue un día lleno de emociones para todos los gandienses, y todos los clientes que también nos acompañaron y formaron parte de este tan especial día para el hotel, como cada año, fue espectacular, además este año especialmente ya que era nuestro primer evento después de la reforma, todo un reto y gracias al esfuerzo de los organizadores el evento, nuestra fideua ha llegado hasta series nacionales como «Con el culo al aire», con un encuentro de blogueros especializados en Turismo y Gastronomía, en un programa de gastronomía que emitirá Televisión Española con la actriz Ana Duato, y en anuncios televisivos.
Por otra parte, los cocineros Karlos Arguiñano y Bruno Oteiza cocinaron también una fideuà en sus respectivos programas televisivos.
Y en el programa «La Mañana» de Televisión Española, que presenta Mariló Montero se realizaron conexiones en directo con la playa de Gandia para informar sobre el concurso.
Participantes y Ganadores
El restaurante Casa Granero de Serra fue galardonado con el primer premio del trigésimonoveno concurso gastronómico.
Por otro lado, además del premio a la mejor fideuà como plato principal, el concurso distingue también las modalidades de:
- Mejor postre elaborado con naranja, otorgado a Chef Amadeo de Gandia
- Mejor tapa, para el Restaurante Marítim del Grau de Gandia
- Mejor tapa elaborada por un CdT, que ha sido para uno de Castellón.
Otros galardones han sido el otorgado por la presentación de un plato libre y un diploma al mejor cocinero extranjero, que ha sido para Le Chaumiere de Font Romeo (Francia).
